MEET & GREET + AIRPORT TRANSFER FOR CLIENTS OR KEY PERSONNEL
Suitable if you are unable to host your key clients, partners, suppliers or investors in Singapore
We assist in representing your Singapore company to pick up/drop off your clients, partners, investors, etc., from/to the airport and their accommodation in Singapore. This includes any request to provide them with your company materials.
- Meet/Greet Service at the Airport/Hotel representing your Singapore Company. You may provide us with any company cards, brochure or corporate gift
- 1-way transport chauffeur service from/to the airport and hotel in a Mercedes Sedan with bottled water (up to 2 pax)
- Service hours between 10 am to 11 pm Local Singapore time only, subject to availability
- Printing of company cards, brochures or purchase of corporate gifts available at separate fees depending on requirements.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (MONTHLY)
Suitable if you are unable to physically manage your properties in Singapore
We assist in managing your properties and other physical assets in Singapore. This may also extend to liaising with vendors and selected agencies if required.
- 1 X monthly physical visit/ inspection of properties that are leased/ rented to ensure tenant compliance.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and tenants to ensure property is in order & maintained
Our Price: SGD $300 per month
(for apartments)

(for landed homes, depending on size)
PROPERTY INSPECTION (AD-HOC)
Suitable if you are unable to physically visit a home/office that you intend to purchase or rent
We assist in physically inspecting your requested property, together with the agent or landlord with independent photos & reports to ensure everything is in order before you commit to a deposit or downpayment

OUTSOURCED ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
Suitable if you require someone based in Singapore for an ad-hoc task

We assist in providing you with selected HR & recruitment services in Singapore. This service is currently only available for roles in operations, HR, administration, marketing & business development. We will assist in managing their payroll as well.
