REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS
Suitable for foreigners who require a virtual office address in Singapore to be tagged to their Singapore Company.
We provide a registered address in Singapore, which is a mandatory requirement to register your Singapore Company.
- The registered address is located in a commercial property, 10 minutes drive from Singapore Changi Airport.
- Mailroom Service (mails & fax would be scanned and sent to you bi-monthly)
- Receive physical parcels and mail during office hours. Extra charges apply if you require us to courier them to you.
- No Meeting Room or virtual/tele-assistant service is available.
*We do not provide our registered address as a stand-alone service. Minimally, a subscription to our nominee director service is also required.
LOCAL NOMINEE DIRECTOR SERVICE
Suitable for foreigners who require the services of a local director to fulfil the requirements of starting a Singapore company.
It is a compulsory requirement for all companies in Singapore to have a local director for the purpose of compliance & regulations (e.g. ensure accounts & taxes are filed on time, etc). The director does not hold any shares and is not involved in any part of your business. Unlike other agencies that may charge a security deposit, SINGBAC offers our local nominee director service at a cheap and affordable rate:
- We provide a local director who is a Citizen or Permanent Resident & who is familiar with the requirements of the role.
- We provide the CV/LinkedIn profile of the local director upon request
- The Nominee Local Director role is restricted to only bank account opening authorisation & signatory to government-related compliance documents & requests. Any other service required would be subject to approval & additional fee.
ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICE
Suitable for foreigners who need support for annual accounting & reporting requirements for their Singapore company.
Operating a company in Singapore without knowledge of the reporting requirements can lead to costly penalties imposed by the Government. At SINGBAC, we work with our partners to provide support for accounting & tax services so that you can remain compliant every year. We offer stand-alone services so that you can pick only the services you require:

Preparation of XBRL:

- XBRL service is required if you have corporate shareholders in your Singapore Company
- It is also recommended if you are seeking fund-raising from external investors
Preparation of Unaudited Financial Statements:

- We require your profit & loss statement, income statement & balance sheet to prepare the UFS. You may engage us for bookkeeping services first if you do not have these statements ready
ECI & Form-C / CS (Tax Filing):
Starts from: SGD $500
- Filing of your tax returns for your Singapore. We require your financial statements

CORPORATE / PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT OPENING
Suitable for foreigners who require a corporate bank account for their Singapore Company.
We provide options ranging from traditional bank accounts to online accounts, that we can connect you with after you have opened our Singapore company with us.
Traditional Corporate Bank Account Partners like OCBC Bank & UOB Bank typically provide cheque facilities, debit/atm cards, physical branches, remittance & trade services, etc.
For traditional bank account opening, note that the foreign director would need to be physically present in the bank branch in Singapore for verification.
(Bank attendance fee of local director)
If you are unable to travel to Singapore or do not have complex banking requirements, you may consider opening an account with digital providers like WISE or ASPIRE instead of 100% online, which may provide limited services such as local payments, money transfers, and virtual debit cards only.
Personal Bank Account for Foreigners not residing in Singapore is available under:
Holds E-passport from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia or Mainland China. Open 100% online
All other Nationalities and physical visits are required. Subject to the bank’s assessment & minimum deposit.

NOMINEE SHAREHOLDER SERVICE
Suitable to foreigners who wish to remain anonymous in their ownership of company shares.
This is an optional service for those who wish to maintain their privacy by not having their names listed under the companies’ registry of shares. The purchase of Singapore Company information, including the name and address of all directors and shareholders can be made by anyone for a small fee online. At SINGBAC, we can act as an agent for the beneficial owner of the company, on a temporary basis.
