Note that Singapore has specific requirements from employers for the payment of mandatory contributions (CPF) to employees. Failure to do so is a serious offence with penalties. SINGBAC does not provide any legal services. While recommended, it is not mandatory to engage a legal firm to prepare any contracts. The company can still prepare simple contracts with their own terms as long as the other party is agreeable. We only recommend you engage a legal agency for the preparation of Investor/Shareholder agreements. To enforce any signed contract or agreement in case of dispute, you would have to engage a legal counsel to represent your company in Singapore Courts.

NOTARISATION/ APOSTILATION/ LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS

Suitable for foreigners who needs their documents to be notarised or legalised in Singapore

 

We assist in helping you to notarise your personal or Singapore company-related documents required by any foreign embassy, bank, or legal firm. The Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) is Singapore’s designated Competent Authority for the legalisation/apostillation of documents in Singapore for overseas use. You may physically courier those documents to us and we will then courier the completed documents back to you.
